In light of the recent plan from the Tribal Business Council for phased reopening of the Reservation, we are now able to begin reopening ministry to the people! Even though we don't have all of the details nailed down yet, we do know this much: we are able to resume public Masses and Eucharistic Adoration with limited capacity per social distancing requirements of the Tribe and the Diocese.
Therefore, we will resume daily Masses (Mon-Thur) at Little Flower Church on Monday, June 8 (likely in the church, not the chapel) and Adoration/Confession/Divine Mercy Chaplet on Thursday, June 11. Weekend Masses will resume on Saturday, June 13 at East Glacier at 4pm and Little Flower at 6:30pm. And Masses will be celebrated on June 14 at 9am and 10:30am at Little Flower and at 9am at Holy Family Mission and 11:15am at St. Anne's in Heart Butte. Mass will resume at St. Mary's in Babb on Sunday, June 21 at 11am.
We will accommodate as many people as possible according to the social distancing requirements, but seating will be limited. Also, we will discontinue live streaming of Masses after this weekend but you can still celebrate live with Bishop Vetter at the Cathedral in Helena (www.diocesehelena.org). EWTN is another great option for Mass online (www.ewtn.com). We also encourage those who are still concerned about venturing out in public to check out these online options.
