Mass Is Returning This Weekend!

Hello friends! I hope you are as excited as we are to finally be able to celebrate Mass together in person! This post serves as a reminder, but I've also included some new details. Below you will find most of the information from last week's post just for easy reference. But first off here are the new details:

-In addition to Mass, Confessions will also be available now, from 7-9pm on Thursdays and also by appointment.

-With all activities in the church, we will, of course, be following standard covid protocols to try and keep everyone safe. So this means that social distancing will be in effect (same church set up as we had with the brief reopening last summer). Also, you will be required to wear masks. And specifically at Mass, the sign of peace will be omitted as will reception of the Precious Blood.

-Please do stay at home if you aren't feeling well and remember that Mass is still being livestreamed at LFP on Saturday eve (details below) and at the Cathedral in Helena on Sundays.

And here is the information from last week with only a few minor modifications:

-We will begin with Masses at Little Flower Parish (LFP) only this weekend for the 5th Sunday in Ordinary Time with our previous Mass schedule: vigil Mass at 6:30pm on Saturday (Feb 6) and Masses at 9am and 10:30am on Sunday (Feb 7). Please note that our capacity will be 65 people to ensure safe social distancing.

-In order to continue serving our people outside of LFP until we resume liturgies at all our locations, we will continue to have one live stream Mass on Saturday evenings, but it will start at 4:30pm, not 5pm. This too will begin on Saturday, Feb 6.

-We will also resume 4pm daily Masses (Monday-Friday) at LFP on Monday, Feb 8. These Masses will be in the church though, not in the side chapel so we can have more people and still maintain covid protocols. Also, on days where we have funerals, daily Mass will be canceled.

-And last, but not least, the LFP parish office will officially open back up on Monday, Feb 8. Of course we will still continue to follow protocols (masks, etc.) though.

More information will be forthcoming as we evaluate the reopening and the potential to reach out to our other locations and ministries. Stay tuned! And feel free to call the parish office at 338-5775 with questions.

Thank you very much for your patience during these difficult times and for keeping up the faith through it all! We are very much looking forward to seeing you in person! God bless!!
